@ChaseSupport Oh I don’t know. Eight hours a customer support phone line with no resolution to my problem. Never getting in branch appts then when I did told to call support line. Chase not rectifying a reoccurring payment from Amazon that I claimed as fraud.

@ChaseSupport Also, when the reoccurring payment kept happening, Chase closing down my account instead without warning because it was $27 overdrawn due to Amazon, then Chase asking me to pay $27 to them for an Amazon service that I did not order.

@lbalk @ChaseSupport After getting nothing but the brush off here and and in DMs, I invested over two hours on the phone with Chase today and finally found the right person. There is an issue on Chase's end. Opened a ticket with a FIVE day estimated resolution.
